This site is designed to work without accounts, forms, advertising or the sale of personal information. This notice explains the limited technical data involved in delivering the site and the optional analytics choice.

1. Who operates this site
This is an independent public-information project. The contact point for privacy questions is VibeVersity.com .
2. Data involved
- No account, contact form, mailing list or payment data is collected by this site.
- Hosting and security systems may create technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser type and response status.
- Device location is optional. If you use My location, the exact position returned by your browser is kept only in that browser session to center the map and is not saved by outwith.me.
- If you allow optional analytics in Cookie settings, Google Analytics may measure page views, active reading time and readership milestones by section, outbound link clicks, referrers, approximate region and browser or device type. Reading time pauses when the page is hidden, the section closes or it leaves the reading area. The Google tag is not loaded before consent.
3. Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage remembers language, colour theme and your privacy choice. Optional analytics is off until you allow it. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the Cookie settings link available on every page.
4. Why data is used
Technical logs support delivery, reliability and security. Optional analytics is used only to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site, based on your consent. Data is not used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.
5. External services
Maps and live context connect your browser to OpenStreetMap, RainViewer and Open-Meteo/CAMS. Those providers may receive ordinary connection information and infer the displayed map area from requested map tiles. Camera, X and press pages are external links and are not embedded; your browser connects to those providers only if you choose to open a link. Each provider applies its own privacy terms.
6. Retention and your rights
Preferences remain on your device until you change them or clear browser storage. Technical logs are retained only as needed by the hosting provider for operations and security. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to 2 months, and analytics cookies are cleared when you withdraw consent in Cookie settings. You may request access, correction or deletion, object where applicable, withdraw analytics consent, or complain to the CNIL. CNIL ↗
